Project GEAR UP: Upcoming Workshops in Waterbury, CT

This is a new assignment where I will be training staff for their placements in four Waterbury high schools, presenting workshops and group meetings on social skill development.  This is similar to training at Gear Up’s New Haven chapter sponsored by Yale University’s Psychiatry Department in the mid-2000s.

Classroom management strategies will be provided during a workshop format to prepare staff for the challenges of fostering appropriate behavior during their scheduled sessions.
